I forgot to mention recently that Zeta our coffee producer was one of the judges at the Sydney Royal Fine Food show in February this year. The Competition is held every February and there were many coffee maker competitors from all over Australia. The coffee can be Australian grown or imported as long as the beans are roasted in Australia. Zeta had to taste her way through many Cappuccino and plunger coffee’s. Having over 13 years of experience as an award winning master roaster and over 17 years experience in growing coffee Zeta is building a great reputation as a boutique coffee grower within the Tweed. The 20 acre property in the Tweed Hinterland is absolutely beautiful and if you wish to visit I believe Zeta runs roasting demonstrations and coffee workshops taking you from paddock to cup. Zeta is always happy to talk coffee especially over a coffee!!!
Our market first birthday is coming up soon and for every coffee or hot beverage you purchase at the market on the 4th April you will receive a FREE birthday cup cake. I will talk more about our birthday celebrations next week. In the meantime we are celebrating the start of autumn with a prize which will be drawn at the end of the month. For every purchase at the market in March you can enter the draw to win a $20 market money voucher.
