Have you heard Local Dorper Lamb is now stocking beef – yes you heard right, beef. As you are all aware, Marina and Warren are passionate about bringing the highest quality Dorper lamb products straight to us at our market but now they have decided to also bring the highest quality grass-fed beef products to us as well. As part of Local Dorper Lamb’s farming practice and rotational feeding (Marina tells me that the lambs eat the shorter grasses whereas the cows eat the longer grasses) they have been breeding cattle and now have enough to sell. This is a wonderful addition to our market – and means that we have access to even more produce. Do pop by to see Marina this week to hear all about it and try the beef out yourself!
