UKI Ginger will be back at the market this week for another pop up! So, this is the time to stock up on all your UKI Ginger products while they’re back – so cordial, chutney, marmalade, rocky road and kombucha. Mal and Laura have also let me know about their ‘Ginger Elixir’ which is basically their cordial with hot water instead of cold water. Mal and Laura tell me that this drink is the perfect winter-warmer on the cooler days and is soothing – as well as being great for our health as the winter cold and flus circulate.
