This week we have UKI Ginger back at the market – popping up for one week only. Mal and Laura will have with them their usual line-up of delicious award winning ginger products including ginger beer cordial, banana coconut and ginger chutney, ginger and lime marmalade, pickled ginger and kombucha. Mal tells me that their picked ginger is smooth, soft and full of lots of flavour more than usual at the moment as it is one of the first harvests – so it’s time to stock up on this batch!
