Also, returning to the market this week after a short break is Megan from Sweet n Sourdough. Sweet n Sourdough hand make their sourdough doughnuts and then fill them with delicious seasonal fillings, including lemon curd, chocolate ganache, raspberry and many more! Megan tells me that their recipe is from an old Italian one which they have experimented with using their own sourdough starter – this all to achieve the beautiful light fluffy doughnuts that come along to our market. If you haven’t tried one of these doughnuts already, they are delicious and definitely worth the try!
