Sticky sweet mangoes

What’s NEW this week?IMG_3196

Announcing warm sunny days and the taste of summer is the rich golden mango. Being so quick and easy to prepare and bursting with nutrition let’s enjoy the sweet sticky juice of our local mango while the season lasts.

Arriving later in the subtropics (the early fruit has travelled from the tropics beginning with Darwin and then far north Queensland) Everest Farm has Bowens and R2E2. All though it hasn’t been a good year for mangoes in the Tweed we are fortunate that Will has a good crop to share.
