Stallholders on Scale

More school holiday activities
On Wednesday 24, young shoppers to the market are invited to plant their own Farmer’s Choice Organic seedlings to take home. Soil and plant-able cups will be provided. Food is never more appreciated by young eaters when
you plant it, nurture it and watch it grow. This is a free activity for all children, hosted by ‘In the Shed with Greg.’

Plus, remember the apple slinky – that funny gadget that cores, peels and slices an apple into a spiral of deliciousness? Well, this week at the market, kids can delight in a freshly harvested apple slinky. Yum!

Stallholders on Scale
The market stallholders were recently audited by the National Measurement Institute. They tested every weighing scale and checked the weights of jars and containers of goods to ensure consumers were getting what they paid for. Good news…every stallholder measured up!
