We have something exciting to share with you. Behind the scenes we are working on a new project which is to offer all of you customers a chance to have a meal bag prepared for you and ready for collection on market day – all in hope of making your shopping and meal preparation easier. The idea is:
- There will be a new meal recipe each month based on what is in season and available at the market that month. The recipe may change in the event that a particular item runs out or is not available.
- The meal will be for 2 people and will come in a freezer bag with ice block to keep your meal cool (deposit required and return of bag required or you can purchase your own).
- Recipe card will be included.
- Your order needs to be submitted by 12pm on Sunday each week so that I can notify stallholders and prepare the meal packs ready for your collection at the market each Wednesday.
- Where possible, gluten free options will be available.
This is just a trial so we will see how it all goes and if successful we will keep this new initiative going. I am just waiting on the freezer bags now so as soon as they arrive I will let you know what the first meal will be and how to go about your order. So, watch this space!
