Have you headed over to see Greg at Greg’s Hot Smoked yet? Greg has been with us at the market now for a number of months and has been bringing along with him his hot smoked products including hot smoked salmon, chicken and tofu – so something for everyone. What I love about Greg’s stall (except for the fact that he is always incredibly happy) is the experience you get as he has his smoker on the go – so every so often (and depending on the direction of the wind) you get a waft of his smoked products throughout the market. Greg’s salmon (or tofu if you’re a vegetarian) would be the perfect and delicious addition to a pasta dish, salad or stir fry. Something to definitely try out!
