In exciting news, Rob at Byron Spice Palace has been telling me that he has just invested in a new butter making machine, which has led him to creating a new product which is now available for us all to try. And that new product is pecan butter. As you may have already guessed, the pecans are sourced direct from Tweed River Pecans. Rob tells me that this pecan butter is made from just pecans – nothing else. It is scrumptious with a slice of toasted bread from Gina at Crabbes Creek Woodfired, spread on sliced apples from Andy at Costanzo Apples or even straight from the jar! Sounds delish!
