What’s GREAT at the Market this Week?
Lots of refreshing rockmelons and watermelons this week at Everest Farm stall. The perfect fruit to add to your fruit salad with Everest bananas (the best ever) and their passionfruit plus red papaya. Yummo! And coming soon will be their mangoes – maybe mid to late January. Pick up some raspberries from Tallogum Raspberries and you have a beautiful fruit combo.
Lea and Mate are bringing their Caribbean Sorbet to the market this week. It is an icy sorbet rather than a creamy ice cream made using the traditional Caribbean wooden machine. So it is extra cooling on these warm summer days. Enjoy one this week.
Nudgel Nuts this is THE last market for Ian until his new season nuts come in. So stock up on nuts, crumbs, butter and oil this week.
