Changes at the market!
From this week Farmers Choice Organics will be at the market EVERY week. For your spring garden organic seedlings and fruit trees visit Farmers Choice Organics.
Newest stallholder:
Kransky Brothers with their authentic German sausages made to their family’s secret recipe and served straight from the hot plate in fresh bread rolls with a choice of sauerkraut, onion and German mustard. Arrived last week amid the threat of rain. 
Regular stallholder updates:
Crabbes Creek Wood Fired will definitely have a great supply of freshly baked sour dough and their pizza dough ready to fill your orders this week. Jon is happy that there are no flood rains predicted to put a spanner in the works this week.
All Natural Meat Company raise very happy pigs. When mother pig goes AWOL Lee shows another one of her many talents!
Crumbs and Stuff – hungry for breakfast? Sarah will have granola served with yoghurt and fresh fruit this week. For morning tea or a treat to take away she will have her very popular gluten free orange and almond cake along with her vast range of conserves and biscuits.
Clothiers Creek Fresh Produce have created their own special packets of Banana Bites – dehydrated Little Gems in a pack. Kadi – always with a smile to share – and Rob will tell you the story about their new product while helping you with their other fresh produce. 
Rainbow Fruit Flats are making juices to order so select your favourite combination of fruit and vegetables and Kylie will juice it on the spot or create you a smoothie to boost your morning energy.
Krishna Village Farm are making wheat grass juices and green smoothies and other juices using produce from their farm.
Watch Beagle and the Bagel for their new products over the next few weeks and in the meantime try a bagel. I hear they are wonderful and I am tempted every week by the smell of freshly baked bagels but alas I am gluten free so have to resist this strong temptation. Ulani and Juliette bake through the early hours of the morning to bring you this delightful morning treat.
