Watermelon + Knox and Aya organic ice cream and mini banana pancakes.

What’s NEW at the Market this Week?

Watermelon arrives this week. Chilled watermelon is refreshingly cooling especially during this heat. When it is so hot that you don’t really feel like eating a juicy crisp piece of watermelon or its juice is  extra appealing. Will from Everest Farm said that he would have his new season water melons this week so grab one and ENJOY!

Organic mini banana pancakes  and ice cream anyone? Horst from Knox & Aya – a delicious organic coconut ice cream is joining us this week as a pop up on alternate Wednesdays. Horst says that at Knox & Aya they believe dessert is about indulgence, not compromise. And their ice creams reflect this  focussing on making uncompromisingly indulgent desserts using real whole food ingredients. The only thing they refine is the flavour. You can BYO if you want to stock up for the week or for Christmas too.
