Tropical Flowers Arrive + Smoothie and Breakfast Bowl Launch – Chai Harem

What’s NEW this week?IMG_9417

Tropical Flowers arrive at the market this week. We are very excited to introduce you to our newest stallholders – Jony and Jo Taylor who are commencing with their Burringbar grown tropical flowers. Jony started in the floristry business more than 20 years ago in Mayfair London where he trained and worked with famous florist Kenneth Turner. Jony said that during this time he did floral arrangements for Elton John, the Rolling Stones, Ivana Trump and many more well known people. After moving to Australia he opened his own florist shop at Double Bay in Sydney. He received many commissions to create arrangements for the windows of some Sydney best known hotels. Family and a lifestyle change brought Jony and Jo to Burringbar where they have been growing tropical flowers and shipping these to florists around Australia for many years. Jony is now focusing on local floral art installations, weddings and other similar events as well as our market so we are very lucky and look forward to your interest in Jony and Jo’s colourful cut flowers. This week they will be bringing red and yellow heliconias and Xmas wreathsHeliconias + bromeliads. So come along this week and put some tropical colour in your life!
