So you can get to know your new stallholders here is a little about each of them:

Miki’s Kitchen is bringing Miki’s Japanese style cooking to the market with steamed dumplings offering a choice of pork and vegetable or vegetarian only. She will also have Edamame (soy beans) and Inari sushi (tofu pockets).images

Over the next few weeks Miki and Taka will be cooking up traditional Japanese dishes with great flavors and sauces.

Beagle and the Bagel’s creator Ulani said that she and her sister Juliette were bought up in a foodie house with a large vegie patch and parents who taught them an appreciation of different culinary experiences. Their lives focused around cooking, gardening and culture. Ulani has a passion for baking and making food from scratch which means that she has control over choosing the best ingredients available. She has refine the art of bagel making so we will she surprise you with her bagels?

Ulani loves that she knows where her food comes from whether it be from farmers at the Murwillumbah Farmers’ Market or local growers and she prefers organic where possible. Her bagels will be topped with her homemade relishes, chutneys, jams and marmalades. She also plans to provide a variety of baked sweets and a cold lemon myrtle and apple drink.
