.

Seasonal produce: Corn

This week the spotlight is on corn – those juicy kernels of sweetness that simply burst in your mouth! I love freshly picked young corn raw but lightly steamed or barbecued in their husk is always popular and universally sCorn display smo with young children because it is so sweet and juicy.

When selecting your corn look for well-formed ears with light green colour, tight husks and clean, golden-brown silks.

Cecil Farm and Everest Farm have corn this week.
