Crabbes Creek Woodfired is back!

The last couple of weeks we have been missing our lovely Gina from Crabbes Creek Woodfired what with the wet weather and then an unexpected event last week – fear not she is returning this week with her usual delicious breads. Jon and Gina make many varieties of their delicious sourdough bread, including their linseed, pumpkin, khorasan, macadamia and honey, fruit breads and dark rye. Jon and Gina tell us that everything they use to make their breads is made from the best organic ingredients. Any additional flavours like macadamias, olives, honey, pumpkin and rosemary are sourced locally from the farmers’ markets or from their own garden. Each and every week when it is time to prepare for our market the breads are baked in a wood fired oven at their property over at Crabbes Creek. Welcome back to Gina, we have missed you!
