Last week you may have noticed that our lovely Breadicine stall was absent from the market. Nadia tells us that perfecting the craft of artisan organic gluten free sourdough over the last 4 years has been her personal midnight obsession. She has been dreaming up a way to make healthy, nutritious ‘actual’ sourdough using natural wild fermentation processes, traditional shaping techniques and unique hand–made blend of nutritious wholemeal flours, without commercial premixes, starches, gums, binders or yeast, and in an array of flavours and styles. So you will imagine the shock for Nadia and the team at Breadicine when their sourdough ‘starter’ was accidently discarded. Nadia has since been working hard to re-build the starter to get her products back baking and back at our market for you all each week – and this is the week of Breadicine’s return. Thank you Nadia and team for all the hard work to get back to us so quickly.
