Last week we saw Nadia and Paul from Breadicine return to the market and didn’t their stall look a treat! You may remember the Breadicine stall when they were at the market a few years ago. For those who can’t remember this stall, Breadicine is a family run local micro bakery. It currently provides a range of activated and sprouted breads, cookies and bake-at-home premixes that are all hand made using the best possible organic raw ingredients, all natural, free from additives, preservatives, numbers, gums and gunk. Sustainably sourced & packaged, with options to suit a variety of needs, including that Breadicine’s produce is organic, gluten free, vegan, dairy free, egg free, commercial yeast free, refined sugar free, keto, paleo, low histamine, fodmap & Sibo friendly. As you will imagine we are very excited to have this stall back at the market. You will find the Breadicine stall under the shed near Wollumbin Gourmet Mushrooms, so do pop by to say hi!
