This week we have a new stall joining us and that stall is Shroom Brothers. You will find Alex and all of their mushrooms under the shed next to Breadicine and Caldera Honey. Alex and Abel at Shroom Brothers tell me that they officially established Shroom Brothers back in 2015 as they wanted to provide specialty mushrooms that are sometimes difficult to come by in Australia. Their mushroom farm and production is over at Stokers Siding, so they are incredibly local. The mushrooms are spray free and their production process includes the growth substrate which is supplemented by used organic coffee grounds from a local cold brew company.
