What’s GREAT at the Market this Week?
A HUGE congratulation to Kerry and Paul and their staff for their WIN! Judged by some of the best palates in the food industry their Saint Billie goats cheese is the NSW state winner of the 2018 Delicious Produce Awards in the ‘from the dairy’ category.
Saint Billie is a lactic goat cheese similar in style to Pelardon and Crottin; classic southern French goat cheeses. Eaten as is with crackers and wine or as part of a salad it is a beautiful cheese.
So if you haven’t tried this cheese then pick some up this week and taste a winner.
Oakleigh Farm is popping up this week. Scott is bringing their very popular eggs produced by the happiest free ranging chooks. You will find Scott where All Natural Meat Co is usually placed as they are not attending this week.
Crabbes Creek Woodfired will have their very popular PIZZAS again this week.
Jon and the children join Gina for the school holiday markets to bring you another winner – their great pizzas.
Nudgel Nuts is back this week. Perhaps a little jet lagged but Ian is keen as always to bring you his range of macadamia nut products.
Last weeks new stall holder – Ash and Matt from Barefoot Farm will relocate this week as Nudgel Nuts is back. Do try their value added pecan range that includes chocolate coated pecans, maple roasted pecans, pecan dukkah, Texan BBQ pecans and gluten free treatssuch as pecan pie and pecan brownies. They also have a pecan based ORGANIC granola and muesli.
