What’s NEW This Week?
The Bay Smokehouse commences at the market this week so we send a BIG welcome to Damien Curtis who owns this small business that is a traditional smokehouse specialising in wild caught smoked fish.
Damien said that “all of our fish is sustainably sourced from local fishermen, with a special focus on plentiful species high in Omega 3 oils. These fish are absolutely delicious when smoked, as well as very good for you”.
All their products are ready to eat and offer something very special for all occasions especially as they make a range of gourmet dips and pates, using their seasonally caught smoked fish.
Their focus is on ensuring a sustainable connection with the ocean and a complete dedication to traditional smoking processes producing incredible flavour.
