Market Update
With great music and food stalls the market will be pumping even though many stallholders have chosen to take a break this week.
Very popular Broadfoot will bring great music to enjoy while you and your friends and family indulge in a coffee (11th Hour Coffee) or chai tea (Chai Harem) and tasty treats or a cooling drink might include:
- Sugar cane juice from David at Grassroots Sugar Cane
- Yogi Nectar from Masa (beside Caldera Honey)
- Iced Chocolate Chai from Chai Harem.
All our regular food stalls except for Marci Organic Food will be at the market this week.
For fresh produce and regular added value products:
Everest Farm will have an abundance of fresh vegies plus watermelon, rockmelon and loads of delicious bananas.
The Gourmet Salad Hut has many varieties of lettuce, herbs, Asian greens, watercress, kale, rocket and also lots of conserves to give great variety to your salads. Pesto – a favourite of mine is a staple for its ability to make a quick meal so delicious.
Sylva Lining Organics and Bio Organic Farm will provide organic shoppers with greens, cucumbers and tomatoes plus lots of herbs including garlic, eggs, sweet potatoes and more.
Barry will be at the market with his local Caldera Honey and Tweed River Pecans.
Spice Palace has delightful dips for your New Years Eve party as well as the most delicious blue corn chips ad tortillas. Along with loads of Mediterranean spices Rob also sells Grumpy Grandmas Olive Oil, lots of olives and more.
Eggs and mushrooms in abundance last week ran out due to demand but this week there should be plenty for all.
Rainbow Fruit Flats will have strawberries and their regular selection of dehydrated fruit and their namesake fruit flats plus fruit based ice block for the kiddies.
Mt Warning Bakehouse will have fresh sourdough breads as well as rolls and pizza bases.
