Fresh raspberries, macadamias, and smoked fish rolls

What’s GREAT at the Market this Week?

Tallogum Raspberries is back this week with their succulent new season raspberries so pop in and see Adam – next to Belles Kitchen under the camphor laurel trees. Grown by Paul Lloyd and Natalie Bell on their farm at Lindendale these deliciously sweet fresh raspberries are a popular seasonal fruit.

So it is a double berry treat this week with blueberries, and raspberries. How about a double berry smoothie or topping for a chocolate brownie or on top of cream on a fresh chocolate cake! We are so berry lucky?

Belles Kitchen’s new muesli bowls with Nimbin Valley Dairy yoghurt or dairy free chia coconut cream are served with seasonal fruit from the market plus her home grown fruit. And this mix includes Blueberry Fields blueberries too.

Chai Harem’s smoothies includes a blueberry smoothie so maybe it is a smoothie kinda week this week??

Ian of Nudgel Nuts is back with the finest macas in the Northern Rives. Ian has natural, dry roasted, choc coated AND honey roasted macas plus delicious nut spread and crumbled nuts – perfect for pestos, dukkah and macadamia nut oil.
