Black muscat grapes

What’s NEW This Week?

After a few false starts due to the vagaries of the weather we finally have BLACK MUSCAT GRAPES this week. Visit Andy at the Costanzo Apple Stall for your summer grapes grown on their farm near Stanthorpe. This popular medium sized dark grape is very sweet making it a wonderful complement to cheese on a cheese platter, in salads or simply as a delicious snack. Also new season Royal Gala apples – simply the best!

This really is what eating seasonally is all about.

Jumping Red Ant still has Mamey Sapotes – a very sweet tropical fruit that is wonderful chilled, or mixed into a smoothie, a milkshake or made into ice cream. My smoothie was so thick it turned into the most delicious mousse!

Still GREAT this week are mangoes – Valencia Pride, Bowen’s, R2E2, Kensington Prides, Sensations and some Namdoc Mia Thai green mangoes at the Everest Farm stall.

Community Support: Tweed Palliative Support back this week with their chocolate selection and raffles. Please support this very worthwhile organisation.

Fortnightly, monthly stall changes:
