In recent weeks, I am sure you have all missed the Byron Fermentary stall while Katerina has taken a small break. Katerina will be back next week thank goodness! Katerina has however, let me know that they are getting ready for a bountiful year ahead and they are mapping out their garden and planning their new menu! This is very exciting to hear but what is even more exciting is that Katerina would like your input on their new menu. Katerina would like to know which of their products you can’t get enough of – this will in turn shape the upcoming harvests at Byron Fermentary and ensure that they are growing the flavours we all love and crave.
