Have you tried Ayusa tea yet?

Have you been to see Natasha and Daniel over at Ayusa yet? Ayusa is a new stall which you will find under the shed next to Breadicine. Pronounced why-you-sa, this ancient herb comes from a type of Holly tree (Ilex Guayusa). Guayusa thrives where the Ecuadorian Amazon meets the Andes – and the leaves are picked, dried and brewed to make a nourishing herbal tea. Today, Guayusa is growing in popularity around the world for its natural boost of caffeine and antioxidants– it contains more antioxidants than a cup of green tea! Guayusa is rich in minerals, such as magnesium, potassium, zinc, chromium, calcium and vitamins C and D, which Natasha and Daniel tell us these minerals work to maintain proper fluid balance and strengthen your bones, aid digestion and support the immune system. Ayusa tell us that with their teas, you will avoid the caffeine “jitters” or “slump” as Guayusa slowly releases over 4-6 hours, fuelling you with natural, clean energy. Pop by to see Natasha and Daniel this week to try out their teas – you can also buy small taster packs of tea and larger packs too!
