It’s the fun school holiday time of year again and what we love to see is all the kids running around the market having fun, exploring, trying to find Willum and enjoying our lovely market. One thing that is an absolute favourite with the kids is the fruit flats over at Monty’s Strawberries. Sarah tells us that she makes their famous fruit flats using pureed fruit and dehydrater – and 24 hours later we have fruit flats!
