For those of us who are addicted to Katerina’s delights over at Bryon Fermentary she is now running a workshopMastering Vegetable Fermentation”. Katerina tells me that this workshop is for food enthusiasts who want to expand their knowledge in fermentation and closed loop and zero waste food systems. In the workshop you will learn how to creatively transform any seasonal produce into multiple nourishing ferments. The workshop will be on Saturday 25 may at 10am to 2pm and will be held at the Farm, Byron Bay.
