Blueberries + Marinated Goats Cheese

What’s New this week? IMAG0396

Blueberries are arriving this week. Otto and Lynette Saeck – the owners of the Blueberry Fields orchard have been growing blueberries in the area for more than 20 years and once you taste these you too will be walking out with a bucket full like dozens of other market regulars.

Spring brings lots of activity in the animal world especially at Nimbin Valley Dairy where the goats have kidded creating a very busy dairy. With this comes the gradual return of goat products from their very happy goats. 11907762_928097083922282_9147114895989827226_n11118057_887596554639002_2680144412277391983_n

The first to arrive back  at the market is the marinated goats cheese – available this week.

The Billy range of soft goat curd cheeses, are made from their freshest morning milk. We will see the very popular Saint Billy (in the photo) back in supply next week.
