Heart & Halo began more than ten years ago as a food outlet with the intention of creating beautiful food cooked and served with love.
Its founder, Tusta Das and his wife Amiya, were guided to engage in service. Feeding people is what Tusta decided he was drawn to do having been a chef for many decades. Using simple, unprocessed, vegetarian whole foods and high protein lentils and beans combined with healthy balanced stimulating spices, and of course a lot of love, is what Tusta now brings to our market in the form of frozen meals.
Each of these frozen meal packs is gluten free and includes: Wholesome Indian Lentil Dahl, Mediterranean Lentil Quinoa Stew, Chickpea and Veg Mild Coconut Curry, Spinach and Ricotta Lasagne.
