Possum Creek Farm uses a mix of regenerative agriculture techniques to create a local food source whilst educating and demonstrating along the way. All with the aim of reconnecting people back to their food source. This is a great model of working with nature not against it.Try their eggs and you will taste the difference! These happy hens have such a vast area of green paddock space from which to forage and eat their natural diet that the flavour of their reflect this regenerative approach.
