What do you keep in the cupboard above your kettle? Jenny Kenneally-Clark brings The Cupboard above the Kettle to the market starting this week and her cupboard stocks beautiful healing herbal teas. These are offered with Jenny’s guidance.

Jenny said that she loves to engage with the community answering questions and contributing to local health. So she is offering her own created medicinal tea blends and she is happy to tailor blends to specific requirements.

Jenny, who is passionate about locally grown, vibrant produce and promotin

g healthy nutrition and lifestyle, has a naturopathic practice at her home in Cawongla, 40 mins south of

Murwillumbah. If you love healing teas and would like a little advice you will find Jenny in the pavilion – next to Coffee Australia.

What’s GREAT at the Market this Week?

Summer heralds the arrival of WATERMELONS back at the market at the Cecil Farm Stall. Chilled and served juiced or cubed they are refreshingly cooling. Des also has the first of this season’s rockmelons.

SWEET CORN is now PLENTIFUL with so many of our growers bringing sweet juicy cobs to the market.Versatile is the best way to describe this vegie that is tasty raw, barbecued and steamed – take your pick.
