Berry berry popular – blueberries are back this week!

This week:

Blueberries are back! Once again Amanda will be bringing blueberries from Otto and Lynette’s Blueberry Fields farm at Brooklet near Newrybar. Those little powerhouses of antioxidants are very popular so arrive early to ensure that you don’t miss out. Try making a blueberry and chia breakfast pudding for a great burst of energy in your day or visit http://www.australianblueberries.com.au for more inspirational blueberry recipes.

Amanda will also bring a small supply of organic asparagus for the early birds.images-1

Sylva Lining Organics has an abundant supply of celery and broccoli – I bought the biggest head of broccoli last week and have used it steamed and in a broccoli soup. Delicious!

We say good bye to Krishna Farm  – Georgie is sad to go but without produce to sell it was not working so there will no longer be any wheat grass or green smoothies.
