What’s NEW at the Market this Week?
This week it gives me great pleasure to welcome new stallholder Belinda McShane who brings Belle’s Kitchen to the market with her artisan products including:
- Aussie Bush Dukka is a blend of local macadamias and toasted spices, with an amazing lemon myrtle kick to lift your lamb cutlet crust, fresh salad or simply partner with olive oil and crusty bread on your next pre dinner platter.
Toasted Muesli packed full of whole grains, seeds, fruit and nuts with the aroma of cinnamon and maple. A wholesome breakfast option for the whole family, this hearty and additive breakfast will give you and your family the energy to fly through your day!
Choc-a cino blend – provides you with a versatile base to create a range of healthy breakfast options for you and your family, whether it is a smoothie, pudding or bites, you choose the way to your families heart, and health!
RU Crackers – this savoury cracker range includes, a classic combination of Rosemary & Olive, the fiery Spicy, Cheese & Onion (I dare you to stop at 1!) and Totally seedy and blend of whole seeds and a hint of seaweed, which pair beautifully with cheese or dips.
Belles Kitchen can be found in the pavilion between Grassroots Sugar Cane Juice and Wollumbin Gourmet Mushrooms.
Pizzas are back this week and next week. Jon from Crabbes Creek Woodfired is excited to be bringing back a market favourite this week cooking up a pizza storm for the school holidays.
School Holiday Activities this week:
During the school holidays at the Chai Harem you will be able to blend your own Banana Cacao and Acai Berry smoothie with pedal power. Get a delicious healthy smoothie with a low carbon footprint and some exercise at the same time!
Once again these school holidays we are delighted to have Paula LaBelle from The Family Centre hosting a children’s craft activity table. They will be assisting children to make spring flowers out of recycled egg cartons and other fun arty nature based activities including the enduring appeal of playdough for the littlies. These activities will suit ages 0-99 yrs.
Come and join our wonderful Family Centre space and connect, reflect, and play Paul said they will have information on all their wonderful courses designed to bring more harmony ,joy and connection into our lives and our parenting journeys.

Locally harvested oysters by Noel Baggalay from his Brunswick and Tweed Rivers oyster farm. Seasonally caught local fish, prawns and other seafood as it becomes locally available.
