Traditional and naturally smoked goods to enjoy

What’s GREAT This Week?

If you love naturally smoked goods you now have choice but not every week just yet as it all depends on the whether the fish are running.

The great news though is that Damien Curtis of The Bay Smokehouse is back this week with his wild caught local fish sourced from local fishermen. And he will have his smoked fish rillettes too – so very delicious!

Every week All Natural Meat Co has their naturally smoked bacon AND salamis. Peter and Lee grow the happy pigs for these so a regular supply is guaranteed. In addition they have a buffalo salami produced from locally raised Byron Bay Buffalo. These products are chemical free – meaning no nasty nitrates are used so they taste like bacon and salami used to taste many years ago and still do in traditional cultures – simply delicious!

Next week All Natural Meat Co will have fresh buffalo back again. This is a young and tender meat that is perfect to use in any recipe for beef. Buffalo is lean and healthy with a slightly stronger taste than beef. Try some next week.

All Natural Meat Co also has a range of gourmet sausages including their lamb with fresh mint and rosemary; chicken and herbs and a pork and fennel sausage as well as their every popular bbq beef. All herbs used in these are grown on their Doon Doon property.

A blueberry fan? Come early for the blueberry buckets which are running out around 9.30am each week.

Please join us as we continue our participation in Plastic Free July Let’s keep the spot light on avoiding single-use disposable plastic and take the challenge to eliminate it from our lives.
