Sainte Billie + Macas and Colouring-in comp winners.

What’s GREAT at the Market this Week?

Goats are a-nibbling ..
Cows with a view at NVD

This time last Kerry and Paul Wilson and their staff at Nimbin Valley Dairy were celebrating their WIN for their Sainte Billie, in the 2018 Delicious Produce Awards.

Made by artisan cheesemaker and co-owner of the business Paul – his Sainte Billie is a goat’s cheese inspired by the surface ripened lactic goat cheeses made in a similar style to Pelardon and Crottin. These are popular classic southern French goat cheeses.

This award-winning cheese is still available at their stall at the market so if you haven’t tried it then visit Sylvia at the NVD stall check it out this week. Eaten as is with crackers and wine or as part of a salad it is a beautiful cheese.
