Come and meet Rob at Spice Palace and taste their popular dips, dukkahs, spice blends, baklava and more. Rob and Duska grow organically lots of the produce used in many of their dips but when they run our Rob checks out the produce at the market to see what’s in season and abundant supporting our farmers. He might for example need chillis for their popular Harissa Chilli Pastes.
Rob and Duska became passionate about exotic and healthy food from the inspiration they experienced during extended stays in the Middle East, Africa and Europe. Duska enjoys sharing good food. She said “it is fulfilling in so many ways. I love seeing people try our dips. I especially enjoy the way our Green and Red Harissa Chilli Pastes evoke such varied responses – everything from pleasure to panic, to a macho – have you got anything hotter?”
Duska and Rob believe that northern New South Wales is a special place for food lovers with amazing fresh produce and a population that is passionate about fabulous food. Duska said “at Spice Palace it’s our mission to source the best of our region’s food, plus the finest spices from around the world to offer a unique range of exotic gourmet food.”
All their spice blends, dips and tapenades are gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan.
