This week over at the Kombucha Cafe, Jeannie and Carol will have kombucha with them. So, if you have been missing your kombucha fix since Jeremy at Raw Earth Organic has left then do pop by the Kombucha Cafe. Carol has let us know that she will has tasters available this week. There are four blends of kombucha available – clarity, refresh, relax and harmony. All four original blends start with organic fermented ginger, chia and apple juice. Therapeutic grade essential oils are infused into the blends and the aromatherapy benefits are the name listed on each bottle. “Clarity” is their citrus blend and is flavoured much like a ginger beer and it was created to enhance cognitive function. “Refresh” is an invigorating blend of spirulina and pure peppermint. “Relax” is a calming and lightly floral blending with blue tansy and patchouli. “Harmony” is a gorgeous apple, lavender and sandalwood designed to bring you to a sense of contentment.
