This week we welcome a new stallholder Crumbs and Stuff to the market. Sarah is a creative Artisan producer of conserves, condiments, cordials and hand made biscuits, sweet treats and bespoke hand iced biscuits.
Sarah aims to support wherever possible local farmers by sourcing seasonal local produce and this week commences with the following:
Biscuits:
- A variety of hand made biscuits (biscotti, gingerbread, citrus glazed biscuits, chocolate sandwich biscuits, choc chip cookies to name a few), hand made marshmallows, meringues, and other sweet treats (salted caramel chews, honeycomb).
- A gluten free option pecan and orange gluten free biscuits (using Tweed River Pecans). And citrus glaze biscuits too.
Crumbs and Stuff also bring a vast range of Condiments for meat and cheese – many more than I can list but including – Apple and mint jelly
Guava jelly and Guava paste; Plum and wine paste; Plum chutney
Roasted beetroot and orange chutney and more.
Their vast array of Jams and Conserves includes but is not limited to:
Rosella jam; Pear and ginger conserve; Blueberry conserve
Peach, passion and lime conserve and Pear compote
Hayters Hill Grill – try a big brekkie to warm up you up on a chilly morning this week or if this is to challenging then check out their range of plated breakfasts and hot rolls.
Stall Update:
We welcome Vicki and Wally Wayne with their Nashua Valley coffee home grown on their Nashua Valley Farm. They are kindly filling in this week for Alistair – 11th Hour Coffee who will NOT be at the market this week.
Farmers’ Choice Organic is NOT at the market this week for seedlings and potted plants. Being a fortnightly stall their May dates at the market will be 14th and 28th.
