While it is National Recycling Week, we would also like to give a shout out to the wonderful people that help the Market to keep its waste down each week – they are of course Gav and Jade who man our wash station and keep our stalls supplied with clean crockery. We would also like to thank one of our supporters and market go-ers, the Deputy Mayor, Meredith Dennis – Meredith has very kindly arranged for the market to be able to access free crockery from one of the Murwillumbah Op Shops – what would we do without you Meredith! We would also like to thank the lovely ladies over at the Queen Street Op Shop for their help in getting the crockery to us. Lastly, we thank you our readers and customers for continuing to support this wonderful initiative.
