Strawberries and frozen pink pitaya smoothie packs

What’s NEW This Week?

It is berry heaven at the market right now with raspberries, blueberries AND strawberries. Yes STRAWBERRIES are back – Kylie and Steve from Rainbow Fruit Flats have a small supply of early season strawberries that are large AND super sweet. Let’s celebrate and enjoy this trio of berries.

Dragon fruit have finished BUT Rainbow Fruit Flats has dried and frozen options for you to enjoy until the new season of fresh fruit comes back in. Their very special frozen pink pitaya smoothie sized packs are an excellent way to enjoy this very popular smoothie fruit throughout the year. Yes picked as mature fruit – at the height of their sweetness – they are sliced and frozen into the perfect breakfast sized smoothie pack.

Show N Shine Deli Cafe (the bakery near Coffee Australia) will have mini gluten free Mediterranean quiches this week + gluten free home made small  apple pies and home made apple turnovers.

Please join us as we continue our participation in Plastic Free July Let’s keep the spot light on avoiding single-use disposable plastic and take the challenge to eliminate it from our lives.

Plastic has become a major threat to the health of our planet especially our oceans and our marine life. Watch the documentary Plastic Oceans to learn more. Our plastic waste is a deadly threat to marine life and by eliminating plastic we are choosing to be part of the solution
