Blueberry Fields is back this week again for their fortnightly stall with deliciously sweet blueberry punnets and buckets. You’ve got to LOVE these!😋
This week we are thrilled to welcome Church Farm to our market with their delightful selection of botanical artisan soaps made using solar infused plant-based oils enriched with natural clays, real botanicals and essential oils. They will also have delicious pickles made using produce from their farm as well as their own Billinudgel smoked hot sauce, Billinudgel brown sauce, Thai style curry pastes.
CRUNCHY CARROTS with edible green tops! An abundance of freshly pulled carrots are still available for just a little longer at Summit Organics.
AND – did you know that the fresh green carrot tops are not only edible but immensely nutritious. They contain porphryns which are known to stimulate the pituitary gland and lead to release of increased levels of sex hormones. The leaves and seeds are also reputed to relieve flatulence and settle digestion.
Everest Farm not only has the cutest cabbage patch kid but also carrots with their tops on and some huge beetroot too.
