Kale and Coriander or Basil Pesto

Ingredients:

1 bunch of kale

2 cups of fresh basil or fresh coriander or herb of your choice

½ cup of macadamia butter of 1/2 cup pecans

Juice from 2 freshly squeezed limes or lemons

Himalayan rock salt and pepper to taste ( and fresh garlic cloves if you are a garlic fan).

Method:

Put all ingredients inside the food processor, and mix until you reach a creamy and smooth consistency.
